Of Counsel / Attorney

Silvia (孙筱云) is an accomplished intellectual property attorney, recognized by Super Lawyers® from 2021 to 2024. She specializes in entertainment law, trademark, copyright, licensing, and business negotiation. Her expertise is rooted in years of experience working in the legal departments of Fortune 500 companies, major media and entertainment firms, and prestigious New York law firms that focus on IP and entertainment law. Her dedication extends beyond her professional work, as she has contributed to pro bono and volunteer efforts with the American Intellectual Property Law Association, notably assisting with an amicus brief for the Supreme Court case Unicolors, Inc. v. H&M Hennes & Mauritz, L.P. (regarding copyright infringement). 

Silvia’s academic credentials include a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, an LL.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law, and an LL.B. from China Southwest University of Political Science and Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
