Sun Yup is a registered patent attorney with substantial experience in patent prosecution services and patent litigation within the electrical and mechanical arts for both domestic and international clients. Before entering the legal field, Sun Yup worked as a manufacturing engineer in the automotive industry.

With a robust foundation in technology law expertise, Sun Yup specializes in drafting and prosecuting patent applications across a wide array of technological domains, including display devices, semiconductor architecture, memory systems, computer networking, software technologies, and telecommunications infrastructure. His legal background also includes work in heavy industrial sectors and specialized engineering fields such as nuclear reactors, investment molding and casting, tire technology, acoustics, and advanced pasteurization and sterilization processes.
