Minji Kang is a versatile and results-driven Project Manager at Solid State Law Firm, specializing in business strategy, operations management, and intellectual property consulting. With a background in corporate innovation and international market analysis, Minji plays a key role in aligning business objectives with legal strategies, ensuring that clients maximize the value of their intellectual assets. Prior to joining Solid State Law Firm, Minji worked as a Business Consultant at PwC, where she developed market expansion strategies, process optimization frameworks, and corporate development plans for diverse industries. Her expertise in business analytics and operational efficiency enables her to provide tailored legal solutions that integrate intellectual property protection with commercial success. At Solid State Law Firm, Minji collaborates closely with attorneys to streamline legal processes, enhance strategic planning, and support cross-border transactions. Her ability to bridge the gap between business and law makes her an invaluable asset to our firm and our clients.

Minji is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and holds a BA in Business from Ewha Women’s University. She is fluent in English, Korean, and Japanese, allowing her to effectively support international clients in navigating complex legal and business landscapes.
