Tax Specialist (Enrolled Agent, Tax Accountant, Legal Consultant) 

Dr. Jinyoung (Jason) Hwang is a seasoned tax professional and legal consultant with over a decade of experience serving small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individual taxpayers. He prepares a wide range of tax returns, provides comprehensive tax compliance, bookkeeping, and payroll services, and advises on strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize savings. His work also includes trust formation support as part of financial and estate planning, as well as ongoing guidance to help clients meet tax obligations year-round.

In addition to his tax practice, Dr. Hwang offers outsourced consulting services focusing on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) issues.

Dr. Hwang earned his Bachelor of Laws from Yonsei University in Seoul, Republic of Korea. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and also holds a Doctoral and Master of Law in Taxation and Civil Procedure.
