Jeanne Di Grazio

Patent Attorney

Jeanne is a licensed patent attorney with over twenty years of experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property law. Her career began as a patent examiner at The United States Patent & Trademark Office, focusing on display arts, and she has since gained valuable experience at a large multinational law firm in Washington, D.C., as well as at boutique firms in both Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Jeanne’s expertise spans a variety of technologies, including patent prosecution related to display arts, medical devices, optics, semiconductor manufacturing, and telecommunications. She has successfully collaborated with clients from the United States, Asia, and Europe.

Jeanne is dedicated to delivering high-quality and timely work products that cater to her clients’ business needs and support their business development. In addition to her work in patent prosecution, she has a keen interest in copyright law, trademark law, trade secrets, and patent valuation and portfolio management. Jeanne holds a bachelor’s degree with majors in physics and French, a master’s degree in physics, a law degree, and a Master of Laws with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law.

Beyond her passion for intellectual property law, Jeanne enjoys writing and has had her work published. She is currently in the process of publishing her first book of poetry and song lyrics, along with her inaugural book of short stories and her first children’s book.

Jeanne is licensed to practice before The United States Patent & Trademark Office and is a member of the bars of New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

Jeanne is a distinguished attorney whose legal acumen in areas such as patent prosecution is complemented by her creative voice.
