Patent Attorney

Hyunsung Joo is a registered patent attorney who works with technology companies and research institutions on a wide range of intellectual property matters. His work includes assisting clients with patent preparation and prosecution, intellectual property strategy, and the management of patent portfolios. Hyunsung has experience working with innovations across a variety of technical fields, including mechanical systems, software technologies, artificial intelligence, and engineering-related technologies. He also regularly works with international clients seeking to secure and manage patent protection in the United States.

Hyunsung holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Korea University and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore. He is licensed to practice law in District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the USPTO.
