Co-Managing Attorney

Danny is a patent attorney based in New York whose practice focuses on patent prosecution, IP strategy, and portfolio development. He advises clients across a broad range of industries, including medical device, pharmaceutical, mobility, and emerging technologies, on building and managing IP portfolios aligned with business and commercialization objectives. His experience includes supporting M&A, asset purchase, and financing matters through IP due diligence, portfolio evaluation, and opinion work, as well as leading cross-border IP strategy for U.S. and Korea-based programs. Prior to private practice, Mr. Kim served as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
